As per the Bangalore University MBA Curriculum, student has to undergo four weeks of internship in an organisation to get the first hand experience of ‘How an Organisation Works?’ An internship consists of an exchange of services for experience between the student and an organization. Students can also use an internship to determine if they have an interest in a particular career and create a network of contacts. Students often see it as a way to develop their capabilities by practically applying the academic elements of their MBA degree and as an opportunity to learn about the work environment. It is common that previous interns would become employees to the organization once they have acquired the necessary skills and experience..
The Pre placement training programs are conducted by the in-house trainers as well as the experts from industry.
