Grievance Redressal Committee facilitates the redressal of grievances in a fair and impartial manner maintaining confidentiality in the Institution. The Committee scope was extended to ensure a fair, impartial and consistent way for redressal of various issues faced by the students through which upholded the dignity of the college by promoting cordial student- student relationship, student- teacher relationships and teacher- teacher relationships.

Further students were provided mail ID: [email protected]  through which the students grievances can kept confidential.

Online Grievance Redressal Committee facilitates the redressal of grievances in a fair and impartial manner maintaining confidentiality. Any stakeholder of G T Institute Of Management Studies and Research with a genuine grievance may approach the Grievance redressal cell

A grievance means a formal complaint about any kind of discontent, dissatisfaction or negative perception among stakeholders. It could also be related to the functioning of the institution that is unfair or unjust.

Grievant means a student, parent, staff member or parents or staff members or a combination of stakeholders of the institution.

SCOPE:

• The Grievance Redressal Committee shall consider only individual grievances of specific nature of staff and students of the Centre raised individually by the concerned aggrieved employee/ student of the Centre.
• The Grievance Redressal Committee shall not consider any grievance of general applicability or of collective nature of raised collectively by more than one employee/ student.
• After receiving any application, the Committee will decide on the merit of case regarding scope of further discussion.
